With a wealth of experience in corporate and commercial banking, after joining Metro Bank and leading the Bank\'s launch into Wales, Khushboo then spearheaded the Bank’s diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, company culture and colleague engagement programmes. Passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, Khushboo is a leading voice in the area and specialises in workplace culture and wellbeing. Khushboo has experience of developing and delivering various people strategies and implementing change to make for better organisations, both at regional and national levels. Her success is underpinned by the effective management and influence over internal stakeholders, including executives and senior area heads, plus collaborating with external stakeholders across private and public sectors, including regulators, to ensure sustainable change.In addition to this, Khushboo champions education and employability skills amongst young people by mentoring and advocating the Cardiff 2030 initiative and the 21st Century Schools Programme, as well as being on the board of Governors at a local college. In her spare time, Khushboo enjoys all things creative, travelling and spending time with her family – including a very special German Shepherd!
