   I oversee a team of 2, executing an annual fund plan with individual, corporate, and foundation giving.In 2023, OC Human Relations Council\'s founding mission and vision entered a new era. We introduced Groundswell, and our vision became a world where belonging is co-created and realized by all. We have also taken on the mission of bringing diverse people together to create a more equitable future. After 32 years of fostering mutual understanding and help eliminate prejudice, intolerance and discrimination in order to make Orange County a better place for ALL people to live, work, do business and go to school.the nonprofit organization transitioned lessons learned from our founders, leaders and staff to this new era.
