At Qinecsa Solutions, I am part of the Business Excellence and Continuous Improvement PMO team, tasked with Digital Transformation and Consolidation. We work towards bringing four legal subsidiaries together by assessing the environments, conducting Fit-Gap analyses, recommending the best ways of working, and finally delivering the optimal environment for growth.As part of this team, I led the strategic planning of Oracle NetSuite for Finance, aligning the solution with organizational priorities and constraints to enhance operational efficiency.I drive a comprehensive domain transformation initiative, focusing on consolidating organizational assets into a unified ecosystem. With multiple workstreams in progress, the journey begins with migrating M365 applications, paving the way to unify all business operations under a cohesive Qinecsa identity, bringing in 3 domains and over 300 users - MyMeds & Me, CommonInformatics, and Insife into One Qinecsa identity. As part of this project, creating an asset inventory, decommissioning redundant authentication tools, consolidating contracts, updating organisational security and operations policies are included as secondary deliverables. My contributions focus on risk identification and mitigation, cross-disciplinary collaboration and end-user communication, resulting in cost savings of over Served as Project Manager and Controller in the commercial team’s high-impact CRM system implementation to replace HubSpot with Zoho CRM on an accelerated timeline. I managed RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), drove governance processes and finances and delivered structured management updates to senior stakeholders. My contributions focus on ensuring risks are mitigated, dependencies are aligned, and issues are resolved effectively while fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams to meet the project’s aggressive deadlines and strategic objectives, resulting in improved operational efficiency.
