I am an Assistant Superintendent with a solid foundation in managing on-site construction activities, ensuring projects meet design specifications, safety standards, and schedule requirements. My responsibilities include overseeing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing site safety protocols, and assisting in the execution of project schedules, RFIs, and deficiency management. Proficient in interpreting structural, architectural, and mechanical drawings, I contribute to identifying constructability issues, resolving site conflicts, and maintaining quality control throughout all project phases. I am experienced in utilizing project management tools such as Fieldwire, Bluebeam, and Excel for document control, site reporting, and schedule tracking. My career to date has involved working on two residential projects, where I have developed strong skills in trade coordination, site logistics planning, and ensuring strict compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications. Currently, I am focused on advancing my technical expertise in structural systems and mechanical installations, with a long-term goal of progressing into a Site Superintendent role. I value clear, proactive communication and take a collaborative approach to problem-solving, ensuring that all project stakeholders are aligned from start to finish.
