From feet in the sky to the fast-paced world of startups, my journey has been anything but conventional—and that’s what makes it exciting. After several years in aviation and hospitality, I now find myself at the intersection of tech, people, and purpose—working with an early-stage startup building AI-driven solutions for India’s blue- and grey-collar workforce. At Saathi, I’ve been part of the founding team shaping go-to-market strategies, hosting client meetings, delivering product demos, and supporting product refinement based on real-world feedback. While we’re still pre-revenue, these experiences have helped me deeply understand user problems and build strong business relationships from scratch. I don’t chase sales quotas—I build trust. I don’t close deals—but I open conversations that matter. My strengths lie in product onboarding, relationship management, and client enablement—making sure people not only buy in, but stay in. I’m now looking for Customer Success, Pre-Sales, or Client Engagement roles (remote or hybrid) where I can bring this human-first approach to life.
