Professional Summary: Over the years, I have been a dedicated and passionate IB PYP Facilitator. I performed a variety of roles in the realm of education. I gained innovative insights into 21st century education and teaching skills by being a long life learner through my professional journey. My experiences and practices have helped me become more able, efficient, internationally oriented and a skilled mentor. These opportunities have equipped me with the necessary knowledge and skills. The teaching profession has enhanced my professional and personal development. Employment History: I am passionate about teaching and learning. As an IB Educationist, I strive to create a place for learners to engage in authentic inquiry; where they are supported and challenged to become independent and self-aware learners, empowered to tackle real-life situations collaboratively in creative ways.​In my role, I facilitate the development of our units of inquiry to ensure they are transdisciplinary, skills-based, learner profiles-styles, and concept-driven. Through close collaboration with my colleagues and our school’s community, I try to review each unit, assessing against descriptors in enhancing the PYP program, and reflecting on how wellthe essential unit IB elements are being addressed, assessed, and revised wherenecessary. I have an experience in the IB PYP, Pre-Checkpoint, and the Indian State Board curriculum. I create and execute differentiation in the classroom; to complete curriculum development and accreditation tasks.I am principled, an open-minded, reflective, and a lifelong learner with the attributes and skills required for a cross-cultural environment with effective interpersonal and self- management skills. I am a critical thinker and a resourceful facilitator with a provenability to enhance learners’ performance, offering varied instructional experiences.I possess an assertive and effective teaching methodology with the willingness to work above and beyond the call of duty.
