ABOUT KHUSBU R.

I am passionate about empowering organisations to be independent, well informed and adopt an agile approach when migrating applications and infrastructure to the cloud. I drive and lead key changes in the workplace culture and ways of thinking by encapsulating key techniques from Google’s remarkable site reliability engineering approach combined with practices from scrum and values and principles from the scaled agile framework. I am uniquely equipped due to my multi faced University degree, which enabled me to gain a deep appreciation of the interconnected relationship between technology, change and businesses; alongside my growing experience of working with clients from multi sectors as part of my role at Avanade. I continue to hone my interpersonal skills through volunteering efforts, partaking in employee networks and mentoring undergraduate students from my University. In my spare time, I enjoy travelling to gain an appreciation of culture differences and exploring different cuisines. I am also an avid fan of creating origami structures as a way to relax and de-stress.
