In my current role as Relationship Manager – SBA at Ready Capital, I support underwriting and portfolio management by analyzing servicing requests, reviewing borrower financials, assessing repayment capacity, and preparing credit recommendations aligned with internal policy and SBA guidelines.I bring a strong analytical foundation built over years in Commercial, Small Business, and Corporate Banking, where I structured and evaluated credit solutions across ABL, C&I, Small Business Lending, Leasing, Equipment Finance, and Factoring. My background includes supporting and managing credit portfolios ranging from $5M to $500M+, serving 700+ business clients across diverse industries.My strengths include financial statement analysis, DSCR‑based underwriting, global cash flow assessment, covenant monitoring, collateral evaluation, and risk identification.
