About Khurram Askari
Having spent over 25 years in the heartlands of India understanding and communicatingwith its inhabitants at the ground-level (quite literally), I bring a deep understanding of therural market, knowledge that has given me a quick understanding of the needs of thoseliving in the hinterlands of our country, and how the consumers in such milieus behave –with respect to products, services, and brands.My time with rural markets has brought me the recognition of the ‘Top 25 Rural MarketingProfessionals Award for 2015’ by the Rural Marketing Forum and CMO Asia, amongst manyother recognitions. I’ve been work closely with the Rural Marketing Association of India(RMAI) for over a decade in different roles.
