I hold a PMP certification and a master\'s degree in management information systems, which equip me with the skills and knowledge to manage complex and agile projects delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and expectations in the enterprise and telecommunication sector.As a Product Operations Manager, I lead initiatives and programs to enhance product user experience and improve workflow. The most exciting project I worked on recently was the Pendo implementation project. My role involved overseeing project timelines, organizing tasks and critical milestones, facilitating communication and training initiatives, and delivering consistent progress updates. As a result, our team can analyze customer behavior and leverage in-application messaging. I am fluent in Mongolian, English, and Korean, and I enjoy cross-team and cross-function collaboration as well as cross-cultural communication. I genuinely believe that diversity is a catalyst for innovation and creativity.
