I’m a Product Designer Leader with a track record of designing products that scale — from 0→1 launches to experiences used by millions. I care deeply about a design process that holistically prioritizes people — from the teams building the product to the users and communities it serves.At Monzo, I led end-to-end design across Flex, Growth, and FinCrime, helping scale Monzo Flex from to over users and evolve it into a full credit card offering. I led viral growth work like Year in Monzo, built platform capabilities for in-app storytelling, and reimagined social payments through the design and relaunch of Monzo Split. I’ve partnered closely with research, facilitated cross-org workshops, and helped shape Monzo’s social vision and design culture.Previously at Google, I led mobile design for Hangouts Meet on iOS and Android, and later brought machine learning features like Smart Replies and GIF suggestions into Android Messages, contributing to updates in Material Design and improving user engagement.I thrive at the intersection of strategy, systems thinking, and shipping real things — and I love crafting products with just a bit of unexpected joy.Outside work, you’ll usually find me tending to my plants, teaching my dog new tricks, or dancing to Missy Elliott.
