   Working with discovery and post-candidate research teams to integrating genomics, proteomics, and functional screening data to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying drug sensitivity and resistance. Applying AI and machine learning to understand Antibody Drug Conjugate (ADC) mechanism of action and resistance- Worked with diverse teams on 9 portfolio projects at various stages from discovery to post-candidate notations- Applied machine learning techniques such elastic net to model drug activity and assist in indication selection using forward translation- Combined Broad PRISM screening data, with in-vivo patient derived xenograft models and in vitro patient derived organoid models to understand similarities and disparities in drug response in different screening modalities- Assisted scientist in designing experiments to validate computational findingsAssisting with Seagen/Pfizer integration by helping legacy Seagen biology teams adjust to existing Pfizer analysis tools such as cBioPortal and Data4Cure resources and importing legacy Seagen data into Data4Cure for easy interactive access by scientists in both locations
