I consistently exceeded performance benchmarks and accelerated income growth by leveraging guest experience principles and operational tools already available inside the business.I bring more than 30 years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist and over 15 years in adult education, developing future professionals and strengthening salon teams. Licensed in three states and holding certifications in business and leadership management from UCSD, my career has evolved from building a thriving behind-the-chair business to leading education programs and mentoring industry professionals.Today, I focus on helping professionals translate expertise into sustainable growth.
