In a nutshell, I define technical & business requirements and work with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers to solve industry challenges- Led the development and launch of MultiLane\'s Automated Transceiver Tester with one software and two hardware products by defining technical requirements and working with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers- Invented and managed the validation and implementation of an innovative calibration process defying the industry\'s status-quo and reducing complexity and process time from 5h+ down to a few seconds- Built a partnership with an industry-leading test lab to gain access to the $3B HDMI cable market by negotiating a commercial agreement and working together to define the PRD for Themis, MultiLane\'s Automated Consumer Cable Testing software- Led the development and launch of Themis with a team of two software engineers and two designers- Identified and partnered with an industry-leading probe manufacturer to combine their product with MultiLane\'s and create the joint test solution Leiurus, adding new capability, boosting marketing and sales force, and gaining access to the multi-billion dollar probing market- Managed the refresh and rebranding of a legacy MultiLane software, enhancing UI & UX and improving response time tenfold.
