I’m an international development executive who has helped nonprofits, social enterprises, and philanthropists achieve outsized impact with the global communities they serve. During my 6+ years in executive leadership with Mercy Corps, I oversaw diverse teams that invested in locally-led ventures; deployed innovative strategies for resilience and localization; managed complex grant & investment portfolios with excellence; and built alliances with an array of public, private and civic sector partners. Now, I partner with dynamic social impact leaders to help them achieve ambitious goals for greater impact and equity in the the international development field.
