I am an applied energy researcher working at the intersection of academia and industry, currently leading and coordinating cross-university R&D projects between PETRONAS and major UK institutions.My work focuses on advanced CO₂ capture and storage (CCS), including hydrate formation around wellbores and catalytic conversion of CO₂ to methanol. I have published 14+ peer-reviewed papers and continue to lead innovation in subsurface decarbonization and low-carbon energy technologies.My expertise builds on a strong foundation in oilfield chemistry, including surfactant-enhanced oil recovery (EOR), polymeric solutions for upstream applications, and scale inhibitor interactions with carbonate formations in squeeze treatments. I have also worked on H₂S mineralisation mechanisms in subsurface reservoirs as part of reactive fluid–rock interaction studies.With experience across academic labs, industry consortia, and technology transfer environments, I bring a systems-level view to climate tech R&D.I\'m actively involved in project management, international collaboration, and technical strategy.
