ABOUT KHONGORZUL BATSUKH
I am a driven development professional with over four years of experience in project management, focused on advancing human rights and gender equality, preventing gender-based violence, promoting the inclusion of children with special needs, and addressing climate change.I began my professional career with the Mongolian Women’s Fund, Save the Children Mongolia, and Sain Tus Development Bridge NGO, where I supported administrative and operational aspects of programs aimed at combating gender-based violence, protecting the rights of women, girls, and children with disabilities, and strengthening community resilience to climate change.In parallel, I have pursued a personal leadership journey by implementing community-based initiatives, including Special Olympics and the Re+School recycling project, to foster inclusion and environmental sustainability at the grassroots level.These professional and leadership experiences have shaped my strong commitment to sustainable development and creating meaningful, people-centered impact.I am currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration in Development Practice at Columbia University.
