Lead strategic initiatives and enterprise-level projects under Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, aligning execution with SSA’s mission and Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) governance.• Manage cross-functional teams and deliver high-impact projects through Agile ceremonies, backlog management, and release planning using JIRA, Confluence, and Agility tools.• Drive enterprise collaboration through project health reporting, stakeholder engagement, and biweekly/monthly/quarterly executive briefings.• Facilitate executive steering committees to guide strategic planning and roadmap prioritization for enterprise applications. Support management at multiple layers and distribute information on assigned programs/projects/products. • Support national coordination of UI/UX service providers to drive secure, user-centric digital experiences across platforms.• Support EPMO strategy, process improvement, and development of templates, tools, and metrics to enhance project performance and governance.• Promote cross-team collaboration and innovation; streamline workflows through automation.• Establish consistent KPI tracking and reporting processes across multiple program and projects, enhancing project probability, Stakeholder transparency, and decision-making proficiency.• Deliver comprehensive status reports, facilitate training, and mentor teams to improve project delivery, efficiency, and alignment with agency priorities.• Oversee risk and change management, analyze program effectiveness, and contribute to short- and long-term planning across mission-critical initiatives.
