About Khoi T.

Recently graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in MIS. I love working and leading team members to get projects done in an efficient and fun manner. From being at top of a company at the manager position to being at the bottom of a law firm, I\'ve learned many things about myself that will be useful in my career.1) Im a leader and can manage teams effectively. I have been in charge of 15+ employees during my time as manager of the restaurant. I\'ve had to lead smaller teams at the law firm to help push projects out the door. I work well with others and can be a real asset to any company.2) I love computers. I\'ve spent the past 10 years building and troubleshooting computers. I\'ve also kept up to date with newest tech hitting the markets and looking at how they perform.3) Communication is key for me. Being able to speak with people at a job is a must and I feel that my communication level is very high. Im able to communicate effortlessly in the work environment.4) High stress environment does not phase me. When I was managing the restaurant, I was in charge of not only the staff but all the customers in the house. There were multiple instances where our POS would completely shut off during rush hour and It was up to me to troubleshoot and fix it. I\'ve had tight deadlines in my current job that I have completed with ease.
