ABOUT KHOA NGUYEN
I\'m a behavioral scientist with a strong quantitative background and 7 years of experience leading and collaborating on projects in both academia and industry. I use psychological theories and empirical research to uncover insights about users’ behavior and generate sustainable, scalable solutions. I bring- Extensive experience with various research methodologies (lab, field, and online experiments, surveys, usability testing, interviews, naturalistic observations, etc.), data wrangling, and advanced statistical analyses- Expertise in behavioral science and quantitative, social, and positive psychology- Strong communication and public speaking skills, developed through giving presentations, workshops, and lectures to a wide range of audience- A unique multicultural perspective, having educational and professional experience in France, Vietnam, and the US- Experience with championing behavioral science and research in product development in different organizations.I thrive in a collaborative environment. To my collaborators, friends, and mentees, I’m a compassionate listener, knowledge sharer, problem-solver, and accountability partner in their work and personal growth. I live in a vegetarian co-op with four housemates: a data scientist, an urban planner, a costume designer, and a public health researcher. When I’m not working, I climb, meditate, explore new places, and cook for friends.
