I lead the Center for Childhood Safety (CCS) and Safe Kids of Greater Green Bay, a coalition of health and safety organizations in Northeast Wisconsin, ensuring that both consistently achieve their mission, vision, financial objectives, sustainability, and growth. In this role, I direct board members, staff, and volunteers, guide marketing and fundraising efforts—including securing grants—and work to increase organizational visibility throughout the community.As the official spokesperson for CCS and Safe Kids of Greater Green Bay, represent the organizations in collaboration with regional hospitals, health departments, law enforcement, social service agencies, and other partners in education and injury prevention. I also oversee outreach, educational programming, and evaluation efforts targeted to key populations and community agencies, ensuring our initiatives are impactful, effective, and aligned with community needs.
