Welcome to my world of serving! As a passionate advocate for compassionate caregiving, I have embarked on an incredible journey from CNA to CEO of Serenity Estate Home Care. With over a decade of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I have witnessed firsthand the immense impact care professionals have on individuals and their families.Transitioning from the front lines of care to the helm of an organization has been a transformative experience. My CNA background provided me with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by both caregivers and those in need of care. It instilled in me a dedication to improving the lives of family caregivers who selflessly care for their aging parents.At Serenity Estate, our mission is to support and serve these unsung heroes by providing them with the resources they may need one day. Drawing from my personal journey, I am committed to creating a nurturing environment where caregivers can find solace, guidance, and assistance throughout their caregiving journey.My motivation for entering this field was further reinforced when my father was diagnosed with cancer. The experience of advocating for him during his end-of-life care has shaped my perspective and intensified my resolve to make a difference.
