I’m a mission-driven executive and strategist focused on turning purpose into practice. I specialize in building organizations, initiatives, and partnerships that deliver measurable impact and lasting results.Across my career, I’ve led complex, high-visibility initiatives, guided teams through transformation, and developed cross-sector strategies that align vision, performance, and growth. Most recently, as Chief Impact & Innovation Officer, I oversaw enterprise-level strategy, organizational infrastructure, and the launch of new programs that strengthened community outcomes and internal capacity.Today, I’m developing State of Mind Collective, a social impact and innovation consulting firm designed to help leaders and organizations bring bold ideas to life. Its first initiative, SOMC Housing, introduces a scalable model for stable, all-inclusive housing for young adults—demonstrating how practical innovation can drive real-world change.My leadership philosophy is simple: clarity, collaboration, and follow-through. I believe in building what lasts and leading work that stands for something.
