   What our Color Team is about:Archroma Color Management is dedicated to assisting fashion apparel, home goods, and sportswear brands, and their suppliers, in navigating the complexities of color execution. Our mission spans from aiding designers in selecting colors for seasonal palettes to overseeing production at vendors and mills, all with the aim of streamlining color approval and production processes to ensure the realization of design intent at the final point of sale. At Archroma Color Management, every employee is fluent in the language of color, facilitating quicker and easier color approvals to enhance our customers’ color management success. We specialize in helping brands achieve precise color accuracy and expedite time-to-market through our comprehensive suite of color tools, services, and support systems. As problem solvers in the realm of color, we offer innovative solutions to manage color standards and palettes across the entire textile supply chain for retailers, brands, vendors, and textile mills. Our offerings include both digital and physical tools, such as the industry-leading Color Atlas by Archroma® physical color library featuring 5,760 color standards ready for implementation, as well as customized services for color searching, matching, and communication of seasonal color palettes. • Serve as the primary communications channel between Archroma and our retailer/brands to help manage the timely delivery of Archroma products and services to customers, including inspecting products and projects prior to shipping and billing to ensure accuracy• Maintain the integrity of data for customers and their products• Conduct color searches for customers and prospects and preparing color search samples for Assist with the digital and physical onboarding of new product libraries, customers, and businesses, including creating samples and prototypes as needed.
