I am an experienced professional with a robust background in legal, contract management, and IT vendor management, combining legal acumen with operational insights to facilitate sound business decisions. My career spans both legal and IT departments, with a focus on vendor management, contract review and negotiation, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration. In my current and previous roles, I have spearheaded contract negotiations for vendor agreements as well as customer-facing agreements, conducted Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), supported sourcing initiatives, and provided training to internal teams. I have closely collaborated with sales, procurement, and legal teams to ensure that agreements align with business objectives while maintaining compliance and minimizing risk.
