I am an accomplished financial sector professional with over 22 years of experience in the industry. I have excelled in Private Equity sector and have command over IFRS and US GAAP. I consider financial management as an integral part for business strategy. Needless to say that sound financial planning and management is essential for longevity of any business and it has an intertwined impact on the future of a company. My career remained focused at translating finances and creating tangible assets to achieve investment goals and keeping risk and sustainability as a focus. My expertise are in- Profit Maximization - Financial Planning- Portfolio and Asset Management - Fund Administration I also have deep interests in process reengineering and ESG. Over the years, I have devised and implemented the cutting-edge technology and reengineered business processes for improving operational efficacy. This has helped in cost optimization and profit maximization by delegating task to the appropriate level of resources, advising outsourcing of operations where appropriate and working in collaboration with the remote (offshore) teams located in different time zones.I believe in teams, simply because teams, timeliness and analytical decision making are essential to flourish.
