As the Director of Financial Technology & ACCESS Division I provide leadership and strategic direction in supervising and assessing the effectiveness of FinTech and financial inclusion programs. Recommend changes in NCUA policies and practices relating to the industry\'s use of FinTech and develops strategies/support to accomplish goals and objectives. I will lead and supervise the assigned FinTech and Access staff. I analyze trends in the use of technology, assess risks associated with the use and implementation of technological solutions, and explore methods to increase financial inclusion. In this position, I am responsible for assessing existing programs and propose modifications and/or develop new approaches to solve emerging problems or support program activities. I support other NCUA Offices and Regions by providing information and guidance about the credit union industry using technology solutions to enhance credit union members\' access to financial services. Deputy Director provides expert technical advice and guidance to the Director and supports the Director in providing such advice to the NCUA Board and senior leadership. I l represent as assigned the NCUA at meetings and conferences with other government agencies, the credit union industry, service providers, and credit union associations. In addition, I deliver presentations on various financial technology and inclusion issues inside and outside of the agency. Assist in the preparation and/or presentation to various stakeholders.

She has over 30 years of experience in Accounting, Project Management, Mentoring, Coaching and Change Management in both private and public sectors. She is highly skilled in leading teams through complex accounting tasks, accounting systems conversions and technical issues. She is best known for leading projects that create lasting meaningful change, and helping employees set and meet career enhancing goals. Khatrina is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, Associate Certified Coach, Change Management Practitioner and possesses a Project Management Professional certification. In addition, Khatrina has served as an adjunct professor for the University of Phoenix and Northern Virginia Community College. She has earned four degrees: a Master’s in Business Administration, Master’s in Information System, a Post- Baccalaureate degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public and Environmental Affairs.Her coaching clients can expect commitment from Khatrina to help tackle life’s challenges, move towards the life they desire, and to realize their full potential in their career.
