About Khatherine Gaines

My professional career began in the spa/salon industry where I gained hospitality experience and excelled to leadership roles. After that, I was in the Talent Acquisition business and discovered my love and curiosity for Workday. At the conclusion of serving as a SME for Workday Recruiting since 2014, I transitioned to the HRIS Team in 2018 where I gained knowledge of customer-side solutioning and configurations for Workday Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, and Recruiting. I then joined Collaborative Solutions and the Post-Production Consulting (CVS) Team in 2019 ending my tenure as the Consulting Services Manager for Functional Architects. I am now a part of ERPA\'s rapidly developing Workday AMS team as one of the Senior Directors of Workday Delivery. I\'m certified in Workday HCM, Talent & Performance, Launch, Learning, and Recruiting. Talent & Performance is my jam and I am a Workday Talent Product Lead.
