RM SFG FG testing and finished product testing for epoxy grout as per defined specifications. • Conduct quality tests such as gel time, pot life, viscosity, density, mechanical strength, chemical resistance, L*a*b*(color value) analysis, and appearance checks. • Carry out analysis and approval of packing materials (containers, pouches, labels) as per quality standards. • Monitor and control epoxy resin and hardener quality parameters during production. • Prepare and review batch-wise Certificates of Analysis (COA) and authorize product release. • Coordinate with the production team to identify and resolve process deviations. • Handle customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). • Ensure compliance with SOPs, ISO standards, GLP practices, and maintain accurate QC documentation. • Maintain laboratory instruments, including calibration and safe handling.
