ABOUT KHARI MEDLEY

As an Assistant Marketing Manager at Travel + Leisure Co, I help families create lasting memories by shaping exceptional vacation experiences and leading high-impact marketing initiatives. I work closely with guests, teams, and site leadership to ensure every interaction reflects our brand’s commitment to hospitality, connection, and excellence. I also serve on the COBA Board, where I collaborate with leaders across the company to support development, engagement, and community-focused initiatives.My background in psychology gives me a strong understanding of human motivation, which I use to develop effective marketing strategies, improve guest engagement, and support team performance. Previously, as a high school cheerleading coach, I strengthened my communication and leadership skills, building confidence, teamwork, and growth in my students. These experiences have shaped my ability to inspire people, adapt quickly, and build trust, all of which guide my approach as a leader today.I am driven by a passion for connecting with people and making a meaningful impact, whether through elevating marketing operations, enhancing guest experiences, mentoring my team, or fostering a collaborative work environment. When I’m not at the resort, you’ll find me cheering on my favorite football team, discovering new foods while traveling, or diving into a great mystery novel.
