My role allows me to give back in a meaningful way, drawing on my professional experience in the digital advertising landscape, where I have navigated complex client relationships, developed strategic campaigns, and honed skills in business development, content creation, and trend-driven storytelling.Through this mentorship, I aim to share practical advice and actionable insights that help mentees confidently navigate their career journeys. This includes guidance on building professional networks, articulating personal brand value, understanding industry trends, and developing key skills that set them apart in competitive environments. By sharing both successes and lessons learned from my own career, I strive to empower young women to overcome barriers, embrace opportunities, and make informed decisions that align with their ambitions and values.
