   Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for client sponsors, hiring managers, suppliers and contractors ensuring alignment on contingent workforce goals, performance metrics and program compliance- Manage the full lifecycle of contingent worker programs within VMS/HRIS systems: requisition intake, supplier engagement, candidate submissions, onboarding, off-boarding and program governance- Lead requisition fulfilment through strategic supplier selection, market rate analysis, spotlight calls and SLA monitoring — resulting in improved time-to-fill and better supplier performance- Monitor program health via data analytics and dashboards (supplier scorecards, spend tracking, worker feedback) and collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimisation and cost-effective delivery- Advise on classification, compliance and employee relations matters — coaching hiring managers, escalating risks, and specifically mitigating co-employment exposure while ensuring contractor experience remains high- Drive operational excellence: maintain and update SOPs for workflow consistency, implement process enhancements to streamline VMS tasks (billing, billing reconciliation, vendor onboarding) and ensure contractual deliverables are met- Foster strong relationships across multiple product lines (staffing desk, employer-of-record, SOW) to deliver seamless service and to support client workforce strategy within a managed-service framework.
