Lead and manage the complete execution of MEP and electrical works for airside and landside facilities, including passenger terminals, control buildings, substations, cargo facilities, and auxiliary structures. Supervise the erection and commissioning of 33/11kV substations, transformers, HT/LT panels, diesel generators (DG sets), UPS systems, and airfield ground lighting (AGL) systems. Coordinate and integrate HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, ducting), firefighting, fire alarm systems, and public health (PH) plumbing services according to ICAO and NFPA standards. Oversee low voltage systems and ELV packages like BMS, CCTV, access control, and PA systems across terminal areas and technical rooms. Review and approve AutoCAD drawings, shop drawings, SLDs, and MEP coordination drawings to ensure alignment with architectural and structural plans. Plan project schedules, allocate resources, track progress using MS Project/Primavera, and report to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure testing and commissioning of all MEP and electrical systems, including insulation resistance, earth pit testing, transformer oil testing, and system startup checks. Handle procurement, vendor negotiation, and coordination of long lead equipment, ensuring timely delivery to meet project milestones. Conduct regular QA/QC inspections and site audits to ensure adherence to project specifications, safety regulations (OSHA, ICAO), and local authority requirements (e.g, civil aviation). Coordinate with airport consultants, international vendors, design teams, and civil contractors for design approvals, system integration, and milestone clearances. Prepare and maintain site documentation: RFIs, work inspection requests (WIR), method statements, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals. Lead project handover activities including snag list clearance, final testing, training to O&M teams, and DLP (Defects Liability Period) management.
