As a Global Logistics Performance Intern at Back Market, I work on optimizing logistics operations and improving the overall delivery experience for our customers and sellers- Performance monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of our logistics partners in transport and fulfillment to ensure quality and reliability- Project leadership: Lead key initiatives across services like BackShip, Customer Care, and BackPack to drive efficiency and identify cross-functional synergies- Experience improvement: Spearhead efforts to enhance the seller and customer journey, with a focus on claims resolution, in collaboration with the Logistics, Care, Sellers, and Support Center teams- Data analysis: Monitor Quality and Financial KPIs, providing insights into trends, fluctuations, and performance gaps- Flow optimization: Assist in refining Trade-In and Return logistics strategies, including defining our carrier mix- Service adoption: Support the growth and value of the BackShip service by encouraging adoption among sellers.
