I believe transformation is a team sport. Over the past 19 years at FAST, I have helped scale our DMV modernization platform from a single client to more than two dozen jurisdictions, reshaping how millions of citizens interact with government services while helping agencies reduce costs and improve efficiency. Along the way, I established and now lead the Implementation Support Team, a cross‑functional group that operates like a Center of Excellence. We strengthen delivery across sites and develop the next generation of leaders. By stabilizing rollouts and accelerating adoption, we’ve helped teams deliver with greater clarity, consistency, and long-term impact.My work spans deep collaboration with state executives, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts. I translate complex needs into scalable solutions and stay ahead of the curve by continuously learning and applying new approaches. That includes exploring emerging technologies (like AI) to strengthen systems, enhance decision‑making, and create better experiences for both teams and the citizens they serve.
