With over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry. My field of expertise is plastics and polymer engineering, and I am responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and safety of instrument panel, cockpit, and door panel system components for various OEMs, such as Tata Motors, Mahindra,FCA, Kia, Nissan, Renault, Rivian etc.In my current role, I supervise and coordinate the sub-assembly and system testing requirements, from feasibility analysis and cost estimation to planning and execution. I work with internal and external stakeholders, such as project teams, quality, innovation, simulation, purchasing, test agencies, and customers. I also conduct design reviews for new products and implement lessons learned from testing. I support the ISO 17025 requirement and validate the test reports created by test engineers. Some of the key skills that I use and enhance in my role are automotive interiors, component testing, verification and validation, and ISO standards.
