About Khana M.
As a Senior Entertainment Manager at The Mirage, I oversee the daily entertainment operations, manage and coordinate all aspects of the artist relations, headliners\' contracts, transportation, rooms, amenities, and VIP functions. I stayed at The Mirage when MGMRI sold to Seminole Hard Rock, being with the property that I started from the beginning with all of my coworkers that became family. I have 18 years of experience in hospitality, working with MGMRI managing artists, agents, and promoters from various genres, such as Aces of Comedy, Center Stage Comedy, Terry Fator, Shin Lim, Boyz II Men, and Baby Face. I have learned a lot of great things from my mentor Roy Bailey, one of the best in the entertainment business, and developed strong relationships and trust with the industry stakeholders. I live by the kindergarten golden rule of treating people how I want to be treated, and I honor pinky promises too. My mission is to create memorable and enjoyable experiences for the guests, the artists, and the team, and to balance my work and personal life.
