Specialist in Government Defense & Aerospace, High Complexity Contracts, Hydro Power-Generation, Transmission & Distribution Construction*Support efforts in managing International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Control Compliance;*Review documents drafted by Stakeholders identifying, evaluating and mitigating commercial risks;*Negotiate contracts, subcontracts and amendments with the customer and subcontractors;*Evaluate TCO, financial assessment, commercial TCs, exceptions/assumptions;*Coordinate project execution plans and provides input for risk mitigation plans and project processes;*Review contractual requirements expressed in Request for Proposals (RFPs) or Request for Quotations (RFQs) and prepare detailed compliance matrices to contract terms for inclusion into the Company’s proposal to a potential customer;*Draft, review, and issue RFPs, RFQs and RFIs in accordance to SACC Terms and Conditions and FAR/DFARS (US Gov’t);*Reporting risks/mitigations, financials, scope creep;* Draft, negotiate and issue Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements, Master Service Agreements;* Maintain accurate, accessible and complete records of the Company’s contractual and business matters assigned to the relevant scope of work activities;* Document records of commitments and understanding between the Company and its customers, subcontractors or suppliers;* Understand and follow processes to monitor day to day affairs (e.g. contract approval, performance reporting);* Stay informed and advise Stakeholders if procurement activities, procedures and policies;* Ensure Stakeholders are cognizant of agreement requirements;* Express and execute requirements in a timely manner to protect pertinent interests;* Report changes and risks;* Procure and execute aerospace or government procurement/contracts;* Understand contractual law.
