About Kimberly Hamilton
Starting out my career in healthcare consulting, I\'ve managed clinical operations transformation projects at a number of healthcare systems across the country. In my experience, time and time again, the healthcare team members I partnered with knew the solution to performing at a higher level but was limited by the rigor it takes to overcome the barriers and operational silos on a daily basis. This led me to a career pivot into SaaS-based solutions where best practices are hardwired through the engagement with easy to use tools. As the Director of Client Services at an innovation leader in the healthcare tech space, it\'s my job to partner with customers and integrate new capabilities for sustainable use and quantifiable impact. It is an exciting time to be in healthcare tech to be able to provide much needed relief to clinical, administrative and other supporting functional teams with tools to reduce their work load and reallocate precious time back to patient-care.
