   ELL Creative is a strategic marketing and creative agency that’s founded on client relationships. As Senior Motion Designer at ELL, my focus is conceptualizing, designing and animating video content for clients including Houston First, Deloitte, Shell, and Garner Denver. Some of my other daily tasks at ELL include: • Working closely with the Motion Design Director and Motion Team to create animated content for client marketing campaigns and initiatives. • Researching and developing new visual and animation techniques to help the Motion Design team deliver engaging video content. • Coordinating with the Project Management team to establish methods of improving project workflow and budget efficiency. • Building relationships with the ELL team to help maintain a healthy and meaningful agency culture.
