My family owned restaurants, so I learned how kitchens actually work long before I ever touched a dashboard. That foundation shapes everything I do today.As Head of Customer at PreciTaste, I own the full customer lifecycle for our AI-powered kitchen intelligence platform: product roadmap, onboarding, customer support, and ongoing success across multi-unit restaurant operations. I work directly with operators deploying our BOH software, making sure the technology actually lands in the kitchen, drives measurable results, and scales.My day-to-day spans product strategy, implementation execution, support operations, and the data analysis that proves ROI.
