Highly experienced professional with a Master of Science degree in Business Management and over 7 years of dedicated service in the finance industry. Currently, I have the privilege of serving the Fire Family at FFCU, where my mission is to safeguard and enhance the financial well-being of our members. In my current role as a Member Advisor at Firefighters First Credit Union, I support the Virtual Branch, ensuring an excellent member experience while maintaining strict compliance with KYC, BSA, OFAC, and AML regulations. Operating in a fast-paced environment, I\'ve honed my skills in resolving a wide array of member issues, including fraud cases, disputes, wire frauds while mitigating risks to protect our valued members and the organization. Prior to my tenure at FFCU, I contributed to the success of JP Morgan Chase Bank as a Personal Banker, where I provided exceptional customer service while managing daily branch operations. I played a vital role in enhancing the image of our branches in DTLA market, tailoring solutions to meet client needs, and actively building rapport. Additionally, I was an active member of BRGs, participated in community events, and took pride in being a strong company culture carrier. During my time at California International University, where I pursued my Master\'s degree, I maintained an exceptional GPA of 3.8 and was honored with the Academic Excellence Scholarship. Furthermore, as the Student Union President, I honed my leadership skills and made significant contributions to the development of University Alumni Group. My educational journey also includes a Bachelor\'s degree in International Management from Mongolia International University, where I had the opportunity to be an exchange student at Kookmin University in Seoul, South Korea.
