About Khalif Ali
Khalif Ali is a native of Pittsburgh, PA with a distinctive approach to enhancing human interaction. Enhanced human interactions allow for individuals and teams to improve performance and outcomes. His guiding question is, “What does community in this space look like?” This approach focuses on assisting individuals develop authentic relationships through leadership development, coaching, team-building exercises, and facilitation. Khalif has been the lead facilitator and trainer for several leadership initiatives throughout the City of Pittsburgh. These initiatives included the Civic Leadership Institute, Hill and Uptown Next Leaders, Northside Next Leaders, Washington County Leadership Institute, and Students Engaged in Leadership. He was also asked to co-facilitate a meeting designed to increase collaboration among African-American nonprofits on the Northside. Khalif holds Master Degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications from Point Park University.
