Hello, I\'m Khalid. I help transform large-scale organizations using technology and digitization at Ernst & Young (EY). I am an MBA technology consultant with over 5 years of experience working in tech. Throughout my career, I have led projects ranging from enterprise architecture, Agile software development, technology infrastructure, ITSM/SAM, management consulting, process improvement, organizational change management, and government tax incentives (SR & ED and ESG). I LOVE leading engagements to build meaningful relationships with my clients, understanding their challenges and needs, and working with my team to execute the best plan to achieve their goals & targets. On the side, I am actively involved with EY\'s Diversity & Inclusion efforts as the Vancouver Chapter Leader in the Pan Asian Professionals Network to help foster an inclusive environment in the workplace and beyond. I also serve as an elected member of EY\'s Americas Consulting People Advisory Forum to provide strategic guidance for EY’s future way of working.
