I am an experienced customer-focused professional with a background in healthcare technology, luxury hospitality, and client service. Over the past few years, I have developed strong skills in front-of-house service, monitoring and escalation, and day-to-day operations, consistently contributing to smooth workflows and positive experiences for guests and customers.In digital health, I have worked in monitoring and escalation and customer service roles, where I was responsible for monitoring health data dashboards, escalating issues according to protocol, and supporting users with technical and service-related queries. These roles strengthened my problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and confidence working with technology in a healthcare context.In hospitality, I have worked as a receptionist and front-of-house staff, managing check-ins and check-outs, reservations, payments, and customer enquiries while maintaining high service standards in fast-paced environments. This experience has refined my communication skills, professionalism, and ability to stay calm, organised, and solutions-driven under pressure.I completed my master\'s in Management and Business Analytics at Oxford Brookes University, which strengthened my analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
