My academic and industry-oriented experience has made data useful for the people who use it for optimal solutions. Not just pretty dashboards but insights that change how a room full of senior managers thinks about a problem. At Kazi Farms, I wasn\'t just writing reports. I was rebuilding how performance was seen and understood, cutting reporting time from hours to minutes, catching errors before they cost the business, and making KPIs something people wanted to look at rather than dreaded. That experience taught me something I carry everywhere: the gap between data and decision-making is almost always a communication problem, not a technical one.Now based in Belfast, UK, I\'m improving analytical skills, studying HR Analytics, Statistics for Business, Data Management, Artificial Intelligence in Business & Society, Advanced Analytics & Machine Learning, Data Mining, Data Driven Decision Making, Marketing Analytics, while staying grounded in the practical side through leadership roles and real team environments to understand the UK work culture.I\'m looking for full-time graduate roles in the UK where data meets strategy, ideally in an environment that values both rigorous thinking and clear communication.
