Projects: • Re-designed outbound dropzones layout which improved empty cage buffer by 150% and led to 10% improvement in pick cage changeover cycle time at dropzones. • Implemented cage fullness indicator project at YOW1 - to reduce safety incidents due to overfilled cages which resulted in 6% improvement in safe cages. • Partnered with Regional Process Engineering team and implemented Pick Clustering tool which improved pick rate by 9% and reduced TBB (Travel time Between Bin) by 4%.
