Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings. Interacting with Functional Heads to understand job requirements.• Create job descriptions and Posting positions.• Trained the new HR Associates on various sourcing methods.• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, right from manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, Salary negotiations, joining formalities, offer rollout to on-boarding. • Identifying and Selecting Sources for manpower requirement - Job Portals, Head Hunting, Vendors, Referral network & Internet search.• Conducting Telephonic and Personal HR Interviews in order to judge the candidate\'s Role Fitment, stability, attitude, academic & professional qualifications, experience, technical & communication skills, etc• Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.• Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.• Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.• Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.• Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.• Maintaining end to end accurate and well-ordered documentation for all selected candidates which includes document verification, Salary negotiations, joining formalities & Offer rollout.• Regularly following up with the candidates to ensure prompt joining• Conducting reference checks and background verification for all joiners.• Preparing & maintaining database of potential candidates.• Preparing various monthly & quarterly reports.
