Operated within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) to drive efficient delivery, cross-team alignment, and high-quality software releases.Key responsibilities and achievements included: • Leadership & Delivery: Managed and coordinated multi-disciplinary teams to deliver continuous software updates, validation cycles, and platform enhancements across multiple vehicle lines. • Regulatory Compliance: Oversaw functional testing and compliance activities for UNCE R156 software releases, ensuring high-quality delivery for SOTA (Software Over-The-Air), IO, and vehicle service functions from 20MY onwards. • Quality & Issue Resolution: Led the identification, triage, and resolution of high-priority software and system quality issues across development fleet and production vehicles, safeguarding programme timelines and overall vehicle performance. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Worked closely with diagnostics, integration, systems engineering, and programme teams to secure robust sign-off and maintain platform stability throughout the development lifecycle.Enabled reliable, compliant, and timely delivery of software across one of JLR’s most advanced vehicle platforms, directly supporting key launch programmes and next-generation EV architectures.
