I am a mission-driven healthcare leader with more than nine years of experience in Super Specialty Hospital operations, emergency medical services (EMS), and healthcare transformation, successfully leading both super specialty hospital operations and statewide emergency response services under a public–private partnership model.Currently, I serve as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Premier Super Specialty Hospitals, Hyderabad, responsible for the end-to-end functioning of a 100-bedded tertiary care facility. I oversee day-to-day hospital operations, quality assurance, compliance, manpower planning, and strategic growth initiatives, ensuring that the hospital delivers world-class care and patient safety standards. I lead 24/7 Emergency Response Centre (ERC) operations with a 120-seat command center handling emergencies monthly, ensuring high-quality pre-hospital care.
